BAM Utiliteitsbouw likes to be involved as early as possible in the process so that the customer has the maximum possible benefit from the company’s knowledge and experience. In order to be close to its customers, BAM Utiliteitsbouw operates from ten regional offices and has a national business unit for Major Projects. BAM Utiliteitsbouw has around 1,650 employees.
BAM Woningbouw
BAM Woningbouw is the market leader in the Netherlands. The company works out of nine branches – each with its own regional expertise – and employs a workforce of 1,450 to carry out consultancy, development, construction, service and maintenance, and renovation work. BAM Woningbouw has its own engineering & consulting expertise centre which has expert knowledge in a wide range of areas, including advice on quality, lean construction and Building Information Modeling.
Heilijgers
Heilijgers has all of the central Netherlands as its main service area for project development, construction, technical management and maintenance work. The company has approximately 170 employees. In 2011 Heilijgers was awarded the Keurmerk Klantgericht Bouwen (quality hallmark for customer-oriented construction) for the sixth consecutive year.
BAM Techniek
BAM Techniek is a national operator in multidisciplinary mechanical and electrical contracting with more than 1,500 employees. Working from fourteen different offices, BAM Techniek develops, designs, builds, manages and operates mechanical and electrical equipment in both the non-residential and residential construction markets as well as for industry. The process of integrating BAM Techniek’s subsidiary, Digacom, into BAM Techniek-ICT continued during the year under review. Digacom specialises in the application of cutting-edge communications/telecommunications and Internet technologies.

The company is involved in almost all major Walloon construction projects. In each case, the business units contribute their own special skills.
CEI - De Meyer
CEI-De Meyer has approximately 450 employees and is based in Brussels and Nazareth-Eke (near Ghent).
Interbuild

BAM Civiel has four regional branches and three specialist divisions: BAM Speciale Technieken, BAM Civiel Prefab Beton and BAM Civiel Bekistingfabriek. BAM Civiel has around 750 employees.
BAM Infratechniek
BAM Infratechniek designs, builds and maintains cable and pipeline networks for telecommunications, data, rail, gas, electricity, water/waste water and heating systems. The company’s key competencies also include traffic systems, tunnel equipment and industrial pipe and storage systems. BAM Infratechniek’s main specialist niche markets include electric transport, heat and cold storage systems, pipe renovation techniques, digital registration of the locations of pipelines and services pursuant to the Underground Grids (Information Exchange) Act.
