Ir. J.A.P. van Oosten (61)
Mr Van Oosten graduated as a civil engineer from the Technical University of Delft in 1974.
Mr Van Oosten joined BAM in 1976 as a Planning Engineer, before becoming Project Manager, Works Manager and Project
Implementation Manager at BAM Vastgoed (property). He was appointed deputy director of BAM Vastgoed in 1985 and
director in 1986. His appointment as director of BAM Utiliteitsbouw followed in 1992. Mr Van Oosten has been a member
of the Executive Board of Royal BAM Group since 1995. Mr Van Oosten was appointed as chairman of the Executive Board in
2005. He is a Dutch national.

Ir. N.J. de Vries (57)
Mr De Vries completed an architecture foundation course in 1971. He went on to earn a degree in civil engineering from
the Technical University of Delft in 1977.
In 1977 Mr De Vries joined BAM as a planning engineer, after which he held positions as project manager, works manager
and branch director. In 1986 he was appointed deputy director and in 1990 director of BAM Utiliteitsbouw, followed in
1995 by his appointment as sector director of Civil Engineering for Royal BAM Group. Mr De Vries has been a member of
the Executive Board of Royal BAM Group since 1998. He is a Dutch national.

M.J. Rogers (53)
After working elsewhere in the British construction industry, Mr Rogers joined the British group company BAM Construct
UK in 1979. From that day forward, he has held several managerial positions for this operating company. He was
appointed managing director on 1 April 2001. On 1 April 2007 he was appointed CEO of BAM Nuttall.
Mr Rogers became a member of the Executive Board of Royal BAM Group on 21 April 2009 . He is a British national.
J. Ruis (58)
Mr Ruis joined BAM in 1971 and held a number of different financial positions. Mr Ruis has been on Royal BAM Group's
Executive Board since 2004 (chief financial officer). He is a Dutch national.
Ir. R.P. van Wingerden MBA (47)
Mr Van Wingerden joined Royal BAM Group in 1988 and has fulfilled a number of managerial positions at the Group's
operating companies. He also chairs the management board at BAM Woningbouw. Mr Van Wingerden has a great deal of
management experience in the construction industry, gained both at home and abroad. He is a Dutch national.
