The Royal BAM Group shares are listed on the Euronext Amsterdam stock exchange since 1959. The shares of Royal BAM Group nv have been listed on the Euronext Amsterdam stock exchange since 1959. The BAM ordinary share has formed part of the AMX index (Midkap). The share is also included on the Euronext NEXT-150 Index. In addition, options on Royal BAM Group shares are traded since 2006 on Liffe, the derivatives business of Euronext.

Movement in number of outstanding shares
The number of ordinary shares in issue increased during 2010 by 96,569,057 to 231,765,736. This increase is the result of the rights issue in June 2010.

 

Currently, the number of ordinary shares Royal BAM Group outstanding amounts to 232,937,569 shares. One vote may be cast for every share held.

Volume of trade
The liquidity of the Royal BAM Group ordinary share continued to increase throughout 2010. The number of ordinary shares traded increased by more than 75 percent in the financial year to a total of 518.6 million shares (2009: 294.9 million). The average daily trade was 2,010,000 ordinary shares (2009: 1,152,000).The value of the shares traded increased by approximately 20 percent in 2010 to €2,547 million (2009: €2,117 million). An average of €9.9 million worth of BAM shares were traded every day in 2010 (2009: €8.3 million).
